About the Conference

The God Is Our Help Ministries Annual Conference 2026 is a two-day gathering designed to equip and refresh pastors, elders, deacons, missionaries, seminary teachers and students, and other church leaders in their calling to serve Christ faithfully.

Centered on the theme "Faithful Ministry: The Minister's Mission, Message, and Manner of Life," the conference brings together respected speakers who will explore the biblical foundations and spiritual disciplines that shape a minister's life, ministry, and message.

Participants will enjoy two days of enriching sessions, inspiring worship, and meaningful fellowship, along with the comfort of The Linden Suites, a 4-star hotel in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. Meet the spiritual leaders who will guide us through PASCON2026

Dr. Adriaan C. Neele

Dr. Adriaan C. Neele

Dr. Adriaan C. Neele, President of Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary, holds PhDs in Historical Theology (Utrecht University) and Homiletics (Theological University Apeldoorn). He has taught in Canada, South Africa, and the United States, including at Yale University, the University of Pretoria, and the University of the Free State, and he currently serves as Professor of Homiletics and Historical Theology at Puritan Reformed. Dr. Neele has authored numerous works on early modern Reformed theology, Jonathan Edwards, and homiletics, published by leading academic presses such as Brill, Eerdmans, Oxford University Press, and Vandenhoeck & Ruprecht. He serves on the boards of the Jonathan Edwards Center at Yale University, the Bavinck Institute, and the Dutch Reformed Translation Society. Before entering Gospel ministry, he worked internationally in biotechnology, software, and venture capital. He and his wife, Kornelia, are blessed with six children.

Dr. Brian G. Najapfour

Dr. Brian G. Najapfour

Dr. Brian G. Najapfour, a Filipino-born American pastor, holds a ThM from Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary and a PhD from the Theological University of Apeldoorn. He has served as a minister of the gospel since 2001, pastoring congregations in both the Philippines and the United States, and now serves the Heritage Reformed Congregation of Jordan, Ontario, Canada. Dr. Najapfour has authored and coedited numerous books and has contributed articles to various journals, periodicals, and encyclopedias. He and his wife, Sarah, are blessed with five children.

Rev. Noel A. Espinosa

Rev. Noel A. Espinosa

Rev. Noel A. Espinosa serves as elder and preacher of Grace Baptist Church Los Baños, a Reformed Baptist congregation in Laguna, Philippines. He studied at London Theological Seminary and now serves as principal and instructor at Grace Ministerial Academy (GMA), a church-based seminary and ministry of Cubao Reformed Baptist Church. Pastor Espinosa has also been used by the Lord to speak at numerous pastors' and Reformation conferences throughout the Philippines.

Rev. Bartel Elshout

Rev. Bartel Elshout is pastor of the Kalamazoo Reformed Church of Kalamazoo, Michigan (2023). He previously served as pastor of the Heritage Reformed Congregation of Jordan, Ontario (1998–2005), the Heritage Reformed Congregation of Chilliwitch, British Columbia (2005–2012), and the Heritage Reformed Congregation of Hull, Iowa (2015–2023). He continues to serve as a part-time instructor at Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Prior to the ministry, he served as the founding principal of the Netherlands Reformed Christian School in Pompton Plains, NJ (1975–1984) and as an evangelist in Denver, Colorado (1984–1989). He is also the translator of Wilhelmus à Brakel's The Christian's Reasonable Service [4 vols.], Theodore VanderGroe's exposition of the Heidelberg Catechism, The Christian's Only Comfort in Life and Death [2 vols.], and Alexander Comrie's The Distinctives of Saving Faith.

Rev. Jeph Nobel

Rev. Jeph Nobel

Rev. Jeph Nobel has served as Minister of the Word and Sacrament at Eastmanville United Reformed Church since his ordination in 2011. He graduated from Mid-America Reformed Seminary in Dyer, Indiana, in May 2010, and prior to entering ministry he worked for many years as a self-employed concrete contractor. Pastor Nobel is married to Arlene, and together they have been blessed with seven daughters and three sons.

Arie DeHaan

Arie DeHaan

Arie DeHaan serves as an elder of the Heritage Reformed Church in Jordan, Ontario, alongside Dr. Brian G. Najapfour. Born in the Netherlands, he immigrated to Canada at the age of 22. He is married to Martha, and together they have been blessed with five married children. Arie holds a business diploma and works in land development and home construction. He enjoys traveling, attending conferences, and teaching biblical truths.

Timothy Beeke

Timothy Beeke

Timothy Beeke serves as an elder of the Heritage Reformed Church in Jordan, Ontario, alongside Dr. Brian G. Najapfour. He teaches catechism classes and regularly speaks at the chapel services of Jordan Christian School. He and his wife Carolyn were blessed with four children and two grandchildren.

Corney Les

Corney Les

Corney Les serves as an elder at Heritage Reformed Church in Chilliwack, British Columbia, and as the Chairman of the Heritage Reformed Mission Committee. He also serves on the board of Word & Deed Canada, where he recently completed his term as Board Chairman. He is married to Janet, and they are blessed with five children and thirteen grandchildren.
