About the Event

Pascon 2025 is a conference for pastors and Christian leaders, organized by God Is Our Help Ministries. This year’s event is set for February 22, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM at Novotel Manila, Araneta City (Cubao). The theme, “The Nicene Creed of 325: Commemorating Its 1700th Anniversary,” will highlight the historical and theological importance of the Nicene Creed.

Featuring sessions led by esteemed speakers such as Dr. Joseph Boot, Rev. Jeph Nobel, and Dr. Brian G. Najapfour, attendees will dive into topics such as the history of the Nicene Creed, the Doctrine of the Trinity, and the roles of God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The day will offer moments of worship, fellowship, interactive discussions, and a panel Q&A. Pascon 2025 presents a valuable opportunity to enrich your understanding of core Christian doctrines and grow in your ministry leadership.

Featured Speakers

Dr. Brian G. Najapfour

A Filipino-born American pastor, Dr. Brian G. Najapfour holds a ThM from Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary and a PhD from Theological University of Apeldoorn. He has been a minister of the gospel since 2001 and has served both in the Philippines and in the U.S. He now lives in Canada, pastoring Heritage Reformed Congregation of Jordan, Ontario.

He has authored and coedited numerous books and has contributed several articles to journals, periodicals, and encyclopedias. He and his wife Sarah have five children. He enjoys exercising and playing basketball.

Dr. Joseph Boot

(M.A., Ph.D.) is a Christian thinker and cultural apologist, founder of the Ezra Institute for Contemporary Christianity. He has taught culture and apologetics at Bryan College and served as the founding pastor of Westminster Chapel in Toronto for 14 years.

Now based in Great Britain, Dr. Boot has over 25 years of experience in Christian apologetics, worldview education, and church leadership. He has spoken at universities, churches, and conferences around the world and has debated leading atheists in Canada and the U.S.

Rev. Jeph Nobel

Serving as a minister of Word and Sacrament at Eastmanville United Reformed Church since his ordination in 2011. He graduated from Mid-America Reformed Seminary in Dyer, Indiana, in May 2010, where he developed a strong foundation in Reformed theology.

In addition to his pastoral duties, Pastor Nobel is actively involved in community outreach and church programs, helping to foster spiritual growth and fellowship among members. He enjoys preaching, teaching Bible studies, and mentoring young leaders within the church.
